Of course, these no bake cookie dough bites are much healthier than full-on cookie dough because of the ingredients such as almond meal and Tahini. That's the kind of recipe I like to make - healthy energy bites for an energy boost!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup tahini
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, mix together almond flour, tahini, melted coconut oil, vanilla essence, maple syrup and salt. Mix everything until dough consistency is formed
Add chocolate chips and mix well. Cover and place cookie dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes to chill
Using a cookie dough scoop or spoon and roll the cookie dough into round balls.
Store cookie dough bites in an air tight container in the fridge.
