These rich and indulgent homemade chocolate truffles are perfect for any occasion. These are so easy to make and will melt in your mouth. Coat these truffles with melted chocolate and sprinkle some crushed pistachio and hazelnut for that rich look.
I have also made homemade almond butter but to speed up the process you can use store bought almond butter

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup pistachio
1/4 cup roasted hazelnut
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 bar dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl add almond butter and cacao powder. Mix them until well combined
To this mixture add unsweetened shredded coconut and mix again
Finely chop pistachio and roasted hazelnut
Add chopped nuts to the mixture and mix until well combined
Scoop up a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat the same step to make rest of the truffle
Keep the truffle balls in refrigerator for 1 hour
Fill a saucepan with an some water and bring to boil. Place the large heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan (Note: water should not touch the bottom of the bowl). Keep the water at a simmer over low heat. Continuously stir until chocolate is fully melted.
Take truffle ball and dip into melted chocolate. Use two forks to coat them completely with chocolate
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chocolate has hardened
Drizzle some melted chocolate over truffles. Sprinkle some crushed pistachio & hazelnut
Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for upto 1 week
