INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup pistachios (Finely chopped)
3 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 cup desiccated unsweetened coconut
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 tsp matcha powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup cashew butter
Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, mix together almond flour, matcha powder, hemp seeds, chopped pistachio, shredded unsweetened coconut and salt. Mix everything.
Add cashew butter, vanilla essence and maple syrup. Mix everything until dough consistency is formed.
Using a cookie dough scoop or spoon and roll the matcha pistachio dough into round balls.
Roll the matcha pistachio bites in unsweetened shredded coconut or chopped pistachio. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Store matcha pistachio bites in an airtight container in the fridge.
